Minnesota state law, Chapter 156 of the Session Laws of 2005, requires that "a city or county with a population of more than 15,000 must annually notify its residents of the positions and base salaries of its three highest-paid employees." For the City of Cottage Grove, titles and salaries as of Jan. 1, 2008 are: City Administrator - $111,144.00, Finance and Administrative Services Director - $104,586.00, and Public Safety Director - $100,612.00.

Welcome to Cottage Grove's online citizen service request system!
Do not use this system to request an emergency response by Public Safety or Public Works personnel. If response to an emergency situation is needed for Police, EMS or Fire service, call 9-1-1 for emergencies or (651) 439-9381 for non-emergency service. For Public Works, call (651) 458-2808.
The request system will be monitored by staff during regular business hours only. For most departments and divisions, regular business hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, Public Works is open from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
