Who do I contact about property damaged during snow removal operations?
Answer:
During snow removal operations, many miles of roadway must be cleared and maintained for safe travel. Unfortunately, during this process, some property damage may occur. Oftentimes, damage is done not by the plow blade itself, but by the weight of the snow or ice during removal. In either instance, the Village wants you to know that we regret any inconvenience snow removal operations may have caused. Please contact the Public Works Department at (847) 526-9610 to arrange for a representative to inspect the damage.
