Who do I contact about garbage and recycling service within the Village?
Answer:
Weekly garbage service for single family residential areas is provided by the Village’s contracted waste hauler, Waste Management. To sign up for refuse and recycling service, or to get more information about their services, contact Waste Management at 1-800-796-9696.
Refuse and recyclables are normally collected on Thursday. Plastic trash bags and durable metal or plastic cans with handles are acceptable containers for refuse.
